5 Star Review – Talk British To Me by Robin Bielman

5 Star Review – Talk British To Me by Robin Bielman

As the Dating Guy on L.A.‘s top morning show, I give the single guy’s perspective on dating, love, and sex—and I give great advice. Everyone’s hooking up…well, except for me. Sure, I can get any woman I want, but I’ve got a “no relationship” clause in my contract and the only woman I want has “relationship” written all over her. Probably stamped on her ass, too. And wouldn’t I like to confirm that.

Unfortunately, she wants nothing to do with me. At all. Something about the next Ice Age might have even come up in her rebuttal. Adorable. Because she’s determined to ignore what one simple kiss proved: she wants me as badly as I want her.

Everything in me is screaming to go after her, but I’ve got a secret that I’m fairly certain will end up with her roasting my nuts over an open fire. So, job on the line? Check. Nuts on the line? Check. Can’t get her out of my head? Nail…meet coffin. But what a way to go…

Robin Bielman jumps into a new genre with Talk British to Me and does so with a book that is going to fast become a fan favourite. It won’t only be Teague falling for Mateo after you read this story.

This book was so different to what the author normally writes, but it’s that difference that makes it so good. I knew that I would like the book, but what I really loved was the two main characters in Teague and Mateo. There was just something about them that totally sucked me in and had glued to their love story.

Be ready to lose your heart to Mateo and Teague as they navigate an unlikely friendship that develops into something more than either ever expected but are unable to deny. From their first unconventional meeting, to the big grovel to save the HEA, Teague and Mateo were anything but ordinary.

For those readers who have read the authors Secret Wishes series, you will be familiar with Teague. FINALLY we get to see the last Waters sibling find love. I’ve been waiting patiently for this and I was so not disappointed by her story. I loved seeing her out on her own and finding herself and maybe Mr Right. Teague’s backbone and determination is a big reason why I adore her. Give her a hero like Mateo and whoa.

Mateo, Mateo, Mateo. What can I say about you? He will melt your heart and panties with his dirty talk, good looks and soft side. Yes he’s a man of many talents that’s for sure. He’s the guy with all the women in town glued to his morning radio show and his life as the dating guy. But what happens when the right girl walks into his life and throws him for a loop?

Watching these two fall and fall hard all was a delight to read. Their chemistry pulls not only them to each other, but you as a reader too. You will find yourself turning the pages faster and faster as they grow closer and the sparks get hotter.

Toss in a best friend Harper who I have my fingers crossed is next to get a book, a new boss from hell aka Mateo’s mother (whoops, talk about awkward), and a unbelievably adorable child neighbour and you have a book that lives up to that ridiculously hot cover. Do not miss it.

When not attached to her laptop, USA Today Bestselling Author Robin Bielman can almost always be found with her nose in a book. A California girl, the beach is her favorite place for fun and inspiration. Her fondness for swoon-worthy heroes who flirt and stumble upon the girl they can’t live without jumpstarts most of her story ideas.

She loves to go on adventures, and has skydived, scuba dived, parasailed, gotten lost in the wilderness (and only suffered a gazillion bug bites for it) hiked to waterfalls, and swam with dolphins. In her spare time she also likes to put her treadmill to good use while watching her favorite TV shows, take hikes with her hubby, indulge her sweet tooth, and play sock tug of war with her cute, but sometimes naughty dog, Harry.

She dreams of traveling to faraway places and loves to connect with readers. Keep in touch and sign up for her newsletter on her website at http://robinbielman.com
